We ordered a freezer gasket on 29Sept24 from Unlimited Appliance Parts. The gasket arrived, folded in a small box with a slut/cut running along the side. We called multiple time with no resolution we emailed multiple time to ask for resolution with no reply. We disputed the charge with the credit card company only to have charges removed then recharged a month later.
I ordered a Control panel per catalog for my microwave. I received a control panel housing, not a control panel. I took pictures and sent to them per there request. They sent A customer remorse stating it was either party's fault, so need to pay return shipping and 20% restocking fee. This is approximately what I paid for it. The part was miscataloged, How is that not there error? Poor customer service. This is why It is frustrating to order online sometimes. The don't have to look you in the eye and be responsible.
This company says you can return for a full refund but it is a lie! I always read the return policy before I purchase. We purchased the item for our dryer based on what Samsung said on their website. 10 minutes later my boyfriend decided to open the dryer to find out that what Samsung said was the part was in fact not the correct part. I immediately tried to cancel the item with no luck and immediately sent an email asking to cancel the item. I received an email the next day saying sorry it had shipped. When the package arrived we didn't even take it out of the plastic and promptly returned the item. I followed the instructions and did everything they asked. Three weeks later still no refund so I emailed them. They said it was with held up in quality control, I didn't even take it out of the packaging! I finally did receive a refund and it was short over $40. When in inquired about it they said due to buyers remorse we are charging you a restocking fee. This is bad business and poor customer service. I did everything in my power to cancel this order and they completely ignored me. Do not buy from them! They lie and steal!
I bought a replacement GE faucet only to discover that the intake tube socket was bigger than the original (3/8" vs 1/4"). I wanted to return the part and requested that they pay for the return shipping and wave the 20% restocking fee but was told no because this fell under their buyer's "remorse" purchase. All this despite the fact that their website made no mention of the size difference or even the intake size on the faucet.
My remorse was that I had to spend more money on parts to retro fit the faucet. That was cheaper than paying $20 to return the part but more work in my end.
I like buying from small businesses, but in this case, buyer beware.
I researched a part for a range. Unlimited showed a picture of the OEM part (red) and number. The part that came was a Mexican knockoff. I would have returned it but I needed to get the range working. I had to modify the range to make the part fit and work. I would give them 2 stars because at least they shipped something in the time period promised. I will not use them again.
Part was sent to wrong address and returned by FedEx to them now they are charging me a restocking fee? I never got the parts. Should have read the reviews before ordering. Company does this to more the 75% of there ordered, thats how they make there money. Stay away.
I purchased a whirlpool washer transmission because mine was shot ordered it on a Friday around 2:30,pm and received it at my door by 11:15am the next day part was correct and fixed my problem I would definitely recommend this company for your appliance needs
I paid $165.99 for a New Samsung water filter assembly and received a damaged unit with cracks in the clear plastic. Michael at Unlimited Appliance Parts is terrible and their Customer Service is lacking! I had to pay $67 to return this damaged part they mailed me and still have not received a refund. I want back my $165.99 as well as the $67 to return the damaged part they mailed me. I will take this matter as far as it has to go legally! Stay far away from this Company. I would give them negative stars but had to leave one star!
I ordered a part for my Bosch dishwasher and got a coil for a GE oven. I called them about the mistake and was told to return it. Instead of sending out the right part immediately they said first return the wrong part which is valued at $24 my correct part was $110 which was already paid. I told them to mail out the correct part and if you don't get back your part charge my credit card. Not only did they not do as I asked they told me that the wrong part has to be inspected and they had to make sure box was in good condition. This might take up to 10 to 14 days. Imagine that. Today I received an Email that they are crediting my card and if I still want the order then reorder it. I'd like to clarify that the wrong part was on their end not mine. I had to go to UPS to return it and not once did I receive an apology. Read other reviews and don't waste your time with this company. Let's see how long it will take them to actually refund my card.

With a bad rating I was nervous about buying from this company. The price was read good, and it shipped in one day from being ordered, and it arrived the next day! Correct Part from a reliable distributor. Part arrived in sealed factory box FED EX! Free shipping! (And it worked Perfectly!) Dish Washer Control Panel

UAP accepted my PO Box as a ship to address but then shipped FedEx who now says they don't ship to P. O. Boxes. My order should have either been rejected with that address or shipped via a different shipper. When contacted their offshore call center was worthless simply regurgitating the information on the order. I called FedEx myself and found out what had happened and where they ended up shipping the part to. I may or may not ever receive the part, but best case scenario it's over a week late now and I had to track it down myself.
I ordered a replacement shelf for my fridge from them. I received a shelf but it was missing the brackets. I had ordered the correct part number for it to come complete with everything. When I began emailing customer service about it they said for me to return it as the item I wanted was out of stock. I mailed it back at my cost and they will not reimburse me for the shipping for their mistake. Upon emailing them several times they stopped responding. I then called them and their response was, "we don't pay for return shipping.". Now I can understand if I ordered the wrong product but they completely send me the wrong shelf. Very poor customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Site says that they ship within a day. 5 days later customer service tells me it may take up to 48 hours to find out why my tracker says "waiting for fulfillment". So 7 days for an essential item to maybe ship. Ordered elsewhere, shipped in 2 hours
I ordered my part before reading the ratings. If I had seen the ratings, I would have ordered elsewhere. The shipment was taking a little longer than I expected, so I checked the tracking number and it was not valid. I then read the ratings and thought I was sunk. However, I responded to their shipment email (from days before) late on Sunday night. At 4:26 AM Monday morning, I received an email with the correct tracking number and all is well. I know there have obviously been some bad experiences out there but I am quite happy.
The site is just a modern marketing scheme with fancy pictures. Box arrived damaged, part didn't fit and I'm out $80. They must be a pass-through operation because they take just as long as everybody else, and shipping was the actual reason I purchased through them. They sell you something they have to pass through, and the delivery time is inaccurate. Return page on website gives 404 error, so their site is unmaintained or maybe they didn't pay their bills. Tried 2x to contact via email-NOTHING. NO PHONE NUMBER. Build a relationship with a brick-and-mortar company.
Tried for 2 days to order a simple GE part. While it appeared the order was going thru, it kept bringing me back to their Order Page again. NONE of the links of their Customer Service list at the bottom of there website work. Finally found a phone number. Contacted them and, while the rep was nice enough, she NEVER understood what I was explaining. Kept telling me to try again in 24 hours with a different browser. Suffice to say the experience set off that "little voice in the back of my head"... and it's NEVER wrong. Done with them for sure. And after reading numerous other reviews, it just solidified my thinking.
After reading these negative reviews I was very hesitant. And sure, when both the "Customer Service" and "Help Center" links go nowhere, it's quite disconcerting. But I decided to order my dishwasher rack from them anyway, due to their low price and free shipping. The part arrived 2 days later. Sorry to hear about all the cases of wrong parts and extra charges, but my experience couldn't have been better,
The website states "You may return your purchase without any penalty". I was charged a restocking fee for my return. They offered to waive the fee. I do not see it a reward for them to waive a fee that should not be there to begin with. A fee = a penalty. The wrong item was shipped to me and they would not cover the return shipping. Therefore, I was stuck with the item since it would have costed me $80 to ship (as much as it costed to begin with!) Misleading business ethics.
Answer: Impossible, worst return (no return) system ever. Do not buy from this site, it would appear this is a way to rip off people, selling the wrong part and description incorrect. As said in other review emails are the only way to communicate, and that is hit and miss, with multiple attempts to receive on email back.
