I had a great experience with a lady named Carmen over the phone. She was great to assist with what I needed. I needed colors converted from rayon to ploy. Some of them didn't show up on the thread exchange. Called n told her the problem n she was able to get the number n names for all but a few that didn't match w anything. Asked her to find something close n had them by the next day! She was a great customer service person n truly showed she cared about her customers! I will be ordering all my thread from them in the future! And Carmen told me to keep her email n if I had any other problems to please let her know. So the experience was great n they won a new customer! It was my first order but positively wont be the last!
