My order consist of two flags: The first flag was the American flag. It is beautiful, heavy duty, exactly what I want. The second flag with the Canadian flag. It was lightweight, Maple Leaf was not embroidered for the lack of the correct term. Let me explain. Canadian flags I purchased in the past at the Maple Leaf as a separate piece of material. It was stitched onto the flag proper. That would be done on both sides of the flag. Yours is merely printed on and looked very unprofessional. So while I was very pleased with the American flag, I was equally displeased with the Canadian flag. I have since purchased another flag to serve the purpose. I have filled out this questionnaire shortly after my purchase. I presumed that you would read it and reach out to me. Never happened

The only part of this shopping experience that I was not satisfied with, was the verification process. In order to verify that I am human, I was too locate objects in squares and check them. However, the images are extremely small and blurry, even with my glasses on. This was very difficult and unnecessary to go through this multiple times!
