Your CS has terrible communication skills, I can say this because I own two manufacturing businesses and I live this everyday. The product is advertised as yours and this is untrue, false advertising in my opinion, this contributes greatly to the communication issue, if the manufacturer has poor communication, your CS will have to try and cover for them. You are mostly a onetime seller, ie people typically do not buy multiple flagpoles, so CS is not your priority and is shows.
