Flag looks great and ordering and delivery went fine. Looks like it will last a lot longer than my previous flags.
The case needs to be a litlle bigger to accomodate the intended flag size.
Even folding the flag as tightly/compactly as possible results in the
Necessity of using strong force to get the folded flag into the case.
I.e. The edges/corners require significant force getting in to case,
Or folding a smaller triangle results in thickness tha tdoes not allow
The back covering to be held in place.
You really need to make the overall triangle dimension a little larger
And/or make the case deeper to allow for a thicker folded flag.
Other than the case itself, there were no customer service issues.
