It went up quickly, is very sturdy, and looks beautiful in the wind. I like the ability to adjust the position of the flag when needed. We will be back when it is time to replace our next flag.

It took about two weeks before the base and spear arrived and another few days before the pole arrived. I contacted your customer service, and they shipped two other flags. I received the original flags several days later and I have returned those to your company. I am not sure why there was a delay, but your shipment was handled by the UPSO and UPS.
