Received flagpole but the gold ball for the top was damaged from packing. I called and a replacement is being sent. The flag that was included in the order did not come with the pole. I notified company. I hope its a separate order!

The rubber that holds the glass in had come out of the slots. Luckily the glass wasn't broken. The rubber has either shrunk or was cut too short for the sides. Hopefully the flag will keep the glass in place.

We wanted to line the drive to our 55+ mobile home park & resort with small American flags for Veterans' Day. We found 8 x 12 inch flags on wooden poles just what we needed. And although the poles did not have a point, we simply put the bottom end into a pencil sharpener and made a point. It was perfect. And your prices allowed us to have over 200 flags. I cannot wait to get a picture of them. We could not have asked for more. Thank you.
