The flag from my Dad's service, which is a standard size flag folded by the military personnel doesn't fit into the case. Assumed that this was a standard size however I never checked. Disappointed however I assume responsibility for nother verifying.

I received the flags and also purchased the desk flag mount. We are using them for an event displaying the American and Israeli flags and it looks amazing.

All the flag are what I expected, except it would be better if the were rolled up and not folded, that way they would not be all wrinkled.

Everything went smoothly. From search to delivery, everything happened just as it should. The only thing I would have preferred differently, is that the flag would have been rolled around the stick without a fold.

I ordered an engraved brass plate. With filling out forms, sometimes a typo occurs. It would have been nice if someone would have questioned it and emailed me to see if it was correct. After receiving it, I immediately ordered a new one because the product is economical and delivery is fast.

My flag arrived when they said it would and the quality seems good. Only time will tell. So far, my only issue is the stars. They are not centered in the blue area of the flag and there is about a 1 inch gap of just blue at the bottom of the blue area. Not a big deal, but I don't think it should be that difficult to make sure everything is centered and even all the way around.

THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME I HAVE ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY. ALWAYS HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE FLAGS I HAVE RECEIVED. GOOD QUALITY.

My shipment was short. I ordered and paid for 10 flags and received only 1 flag. I have contacted your office and I am supposed to be getting the other 9 flags. When I get the other 9 flags then I will rate you at 5 stars if everything goes ok

This flag is for my husband's birthday in February. He has a work shop on the property with a Marine flag. This POW flag is just what he has been wanting to put opposite the Marine flag. Thank you, United States Flag Store for the quality and the fast delivery.

Let me start by saying I'm very pleased with this flag, it's very well made. The only improvements I would suggest is to make the colors more vivid and stitch the company tags on the back of the flag instead of the front.
