Ordered a while back, waited two weeks to be notified the item listed in-stock at the time was actually on backorder. Replied saying I'll keep the order open and wait, for the item to arrive in the mail 2 days later. Overall, confusing experience waiting for the item to ship, but the actual product quality is solid.

There are lots of different flags to choose from. My order arrived on time. I deducted a star because one of the two flags I ordered isn't of great quality. It's laser printed, but only on one side. The other side of the flag is not vibrant in color.
