Love the case but wish there was directions on how to fasten things in the memorial case. With the board being so hard it made it impossible to Mount with pins. For non crafty people such as me I had difficulty figuring out how to fasten.

Our church received the flag we ordered and it and the components were in place. Everything looked good and the flag was very impressive. My only regret is that the pole itself was not as smooth as I would have liked it. I don't think the wood of the pole was sanded enough before spraying with the finish, therefore to the touch it is a bit rough. Visually, it looks alright, however. The cotton cloth of the flag was thick and professional looking. The Federal base and the 8" eagle made it a winner!

Good selection. I wish they had Air Force grave markers in color.

Description of product was accurate. Illustrations were colorful and inviting. Ordering process was easy. Product quality was excellent. Service was quick. Items were packed well and arrived in good condition.

Easy to use, quality product and quick feed back to any questions. Only problem is that I didn't see measurements for the products I bought and when I went to put the flags in the triangular area, the flags were too big. I ended up removing the square for the document and the triangle for the flag and installing them that way. The case itself was extremely well built and I am still satisfied with my purchase.

Great quality flags made right here in the USA! The only flag supplier I use.

I ordered two nylon American flags with sewn stars. I've been ordering flags from y'all for years and i have to take some of the blame but when the flags got here, I noted two things: they are 100% polyester and they are made in China. I will not fly an American flag made in China, I tried, I just can't do it. Polyester: I checked my order, I did order a nylon flag. Is polyester considered nylon? If so it's still kind of a bait and switch, the flags feel flimsy. I don't want a refund, I assume responsibility for not paying attention enough, but the name of your store implies an integrity of manufacture origin and you failed in making that clear.

To make sure I was ordering the correct thing I called customer service to talk with someone. I did not want an indoor flag base that you had to add sand to in order for it to be weighted as we have two of them and we weren't pleased with them. I wanted the solid metal weighted one that you don't add sand to. Well they just had one of the solid ones so I had to choose another base. I was told that it was weighted and that you didn't have to add sand to it. Well the first thing that came in a week later was a base and an 8 lb bag of sand. I called and was emailed a return shipping label and ordered another one just like the weighted one that came. I wasn't told that they didn't have any in stock so hopefully will get this one in a week.

I did not read carefully and made one mistake in my order. I also did not want flags with sticks. But the ones I ordered will do.

It was very easy to use your website and your products are very nice.
