Customer service replies in a timely manner, but products were not that great. They were low cost, so that is good. If you need the flags to look super nice for formal presentations, I'd go elsewhere, but if you need them for Scouts, a classroom, or a play or something, they would do the trick!
(Note: We bought a kit, and didn't like the bases. We wanted to return and upgrade, but they don't take returns on kit parts. So we ate the cost of buying replacement bases).
