After leaving my review I was contacted by the company and they sent the clasp out to me. In my opinion it should not have come down to this. It should of been a simple matter.
I ordered a flag and 4 clasps, I only received 3 clasps. I notified the company and for a $2.50 clasp they want package pictures and evidence. I didn't keep the shipping bag they came in. Ridiculous. I'll just go buy one at my local flag store.
