Straightforward and easy. The product descriptions were detailed and thorough, and the ordering process was pretty direct.
I placed an order for a flag. Then received emails saying I still had orders in the cart. Yet the flag arrived. No orders in the cart. I don't understand why it kept saying that.
I haven't had a chance to fly it but a couple of times because it's been so awful windy here. I love the material because it's heavy and not just one of those silky flags. It may be just a little bit too heavy because if it's not windy enough, it just hangs down but if it's too windy, then it shakes the pole so much. I think it's going to last a lot longer than the other ones I've had though. The stitching looks really good. Can't wait for some calmer days to start flying it.
