Beautiful flag, but when it rained here in Ohio the red color ran into the white. I did not expect that. Was there a warning that this would happen in the rain?

I am Vice President Of the Pelzer Heritage Commission in Pelzer, S.C. The flag was placed on a old flag pole that was put up in a old mill parking lot. The flag pole was put there in 1941. We refurbished the flag pole and put a light on it. The people in this old mill village are proud of this old glory flying again. We are a 501c-3 non-profit organization.
Did good. I realized I needed to edit my address at review of order. It would not let me edit from that screen. Went back to may account to edit and save, and the changes didn't show up in my cart. It allowed me to edit from the first cart screen.
