Fast, easy, and secure ordering and shipping. Flags last at least one year even exposed to the elements.
I received the 3' X 5' on Friday however it only had one grommet at the top, the bottom one was missing. I emailed customer service on Saturday and I got an email on Monday. They said they were sorry and could I send a photo. I took three pictures and I called and talked to someone and they explained how to send the pictures. I was able to do that and they told me they would send a replacement and would let me know what to do with the flag with no grommet. I got the replacement flag four days later on Saturday. I called Monday to see what I needed to do with the other flag and they told me to keep it and maybe donate it to some organization or someone. Another feature I liked was when waiting to speak to someone there is a recording that gives the option to have someone call me back without waiting on hold. I did that and both times I was called within ten minutes. My overall experience with everything I did could not have been better!

My wife and I proudly raised our flag on the white pole, which was easy to assemble and erect. Our neighbors depend on the display light in the middle of the block... no streetlight. Pole-mount is much better than years of bracket-mounted display. Sorry we did not act sooner.
