I am a repeat customer, due to the usually excellent products and service. This most recent purchase was a bit confusing, as they didn't have the quantity I ordered after the order was confirmed, and didn't follow my instructions for resolving the issue. An issue I will keep in mind for my future orders.

Nice flag. It seems well built. Hopefully it should last a long time. Going to fly it on the top portion of our pier at the lake. Plenty of sun and wind so I need the best. I think I made a good choice.

I ordered this flag for my husband. It is excellent quality and beautiful. Unfortunately bigger than he expected. I should have checked the measurements.

We have purchased outdoor flags twice now from United States Flag Store and have been very happy with the quality of the products they sell. We live in a high wind area with cold winters and hot summers, and the flags have stood up well to the elements. Had a need for a customer service call this last order and not only were they helpful and responsive, but very kind and professional. Great company with a good staff!

Would definitely reckons others to purchase this item. It fit perfectly over the grave stone at the cemeteries. I need 3 and all stones were different. Adjusts easily and fast.

Prices are competitive, and the selection is superior to that of other stores. Returns are easy. Packaging and shipping are excellent.

I have flags that were flown by predators and reapers over Afghanistan in Iraq that I fly proudly, but my pole and the base had broken due to the high winds so your company replaced mine. I thought I was gonna get a discount, but I did not. Oh well.!

First the ordering process was simple and very user friendly.
I was told about the Flag Store from a very good veteran friend of mine that stated he would not order a flag from any other place. After receiving our new flag, I was impressed with the quality of the material, and the stitching. My friend said I would not be disappointed and he was right.

The first two I ordered did not arrive. The third one I bought did arrive and was a high quality product. I have no idea if the first two shipped or not, or were delivered elsewhere. This happens a lot. Pay for three finally get one.

Although there was no indication when I placed my order that two of the three were not available, and the flags arrived one at a time over a 5 week period... the quality of the flags is pretty good. They are flying and seem to be weathering well (we are in an area where high wind is fairly normal).

My flags came in a short time and they are so bright and beautiful! Excellent workmanship. The best part is they are made in the USA! Very happy with them. Thank you 😊

I found exactly what I needed. My 85 yr old client wanted some small rebel flags to put on graves of confederate soldiers and we looked for over a year. Finally found them here. Greatly satisfied

Purchasing the flags is a lot like going thru other made in America flag stores. However not all other American flag stores carry 3'x2' flags. I appreciate the quality & variety of your website. I fly my flags on my vehicles so I need that specific size. Not to mention, the flags were shipped immediately which is a huge plus for me.

I have only ordered a couple of times and I am very pleased to say both experiences have been fantastic! Quality American made products at a very reasonable prices.

Received an e-mail when order was received and then when processed. Received an e-mail as soon as order was shipped with tracking info.

The delivery was prompt and it looks great. My husband was proud of his military service and I'm proud to display the flag given to me at his funeral in such a nice case.
