Flags ordered showed to be available, however received a notice they were on backorder and no eta available. Order canceled
I signed up for emails and was sent a $10 off code for purchases over $100. I shopped for my flag pole, flag and setup, applied the code to my $214 order and was told it was invalid. I replied to the email and another email but both bounced back as undeliverable. I looked for a "Contact us" link at the bottom of webpage, but nothing. Finally I went back to the home page and found the contact us link and a chat box. Was told I needed to now create and account, even the the pop up box only said that I needed to sign up for emails. The two day order process was not convenient for me.
