I received my complete order in just a couple of days….just in time to decorate the Xmas tree!
I placed the order on 11/26/23 and only just received it 12/11/23. The order seemed to be lost for a while, as it arrived in OH and sat there for 8 straight days according to tracking. So when I inquired about the order being possibly missing at this point, the company responded that it takes 3-5 business days to process and about 7-10 for shipping, which is a bit ridiculous, and not even the question I asked. I only mentioned it hadn't been moved in 8 days and what to do as I thought it may have been lost by UPS. One of the flags came in broken and missing its stick, which I thought was weird that they would send something like that. Otherwise, for the price, they are what is to be expected.

Was easy to shop & place my order but with the quality of their blue line flag it's just ok for now. I expected a better "seams stitched" flag for what I paid but it wasn't. It at least had the grommets. I fly it under an American flag on a 50' pole. I'll give it 3-4 months max before it starts to shred. I'll look elsewhere next time.
I ordered flag it shipped next day but the UPS shipping sucked it toke 10 days to ship a flag I could have drove and picked up and back to my house in 3 days flag sat in Texas 6 days and then UPS dropped flag off at USPS for them to deliver. I pay more to buy American as much as I can but I could have brought a China man flag and had it faster if you need one in a hurry don't buy here
The glass was not seated and the wooden rails holding the glass were not attached on two sides.

For your information United States Flag Store, it took fifteen (15) days to receive and when I called TWICE was promised a phone call OR an email as to the possible refund for the $47.49 express shipping charge.
