The case arrived with good packing. One corner (the front) did not hold tight when the flag was inserted - one of the two screws was not holding. I was able to fix the issue by putting wood (q-tip handles) with wood glue into the hole, wait for it to dry and then tighten the screw. That is a standard fix for a stripped out wood screw hole.
