I had an issue where my package was reported as delivered, however I had never actually received it. Even though it had been quite some time since it had been delivered, they were very kind and immediately assisted me with dispatching a new order. This great customer service is why I will continue to shop through Unique Vintage!

I was ordering the Dolly for president tee, and I applied my rewards points for $10 off. My points were deducted, but the discount wasn't applied. There is no doubt that I touched something on my phone and did it to myself somehow. I fretted and gnawed on my fingernails, then gave up and just filled out the customer service application on the UV site. Let me tell you, darlings, that not even two minutes after, did I find a response email with a code for my discount. T-shirt ordered. Points applied. Happy shopper. Cheers!
This item only had one review. It was favorable, but here is mine:
The bust of the swimsuit was too large--so big that I had to wear a shirt to cover the gaping hole. Also, the bottom rides miserably up the butt. Couldn't wait till the 2nd day when I could use a different swimsuit.
Alex helped me IMMEDIATELY after an issue that was my fault. I had overlooked something. My issue was resolved within about an hour saving me any inconveniences. No need to cancel and reorder (which was extra awesome because it was my birthday gift to myself). Thank you so much, Alex! Can't wait for my order :)

I signed up for the Dress of the Month Club at the end of April. Shipment was a little behind because of COVID19, but communication with customer service is EXCELLENT and they let me know they would be getting my first dress out shortly, even with diminished staffing.
I received my dress today and it was worth the wait! Beautiful, fit well, and great quality... and it's got pockets!

Recently, I bought an item that did not fit, and despite the pandemic & that the item was final sale, they still worked with me to get the proper sized item - I can't say enough wonderful things about this store! My first order was lost at no fault of Unique Vintage and their customer service department was extremely helpful. I decided to order another 2 dresses while I waited for a resolution with my 1st order and they arrived here with in a week. Due to the virus I have not been able to wear them out but when I tried them on they looked amazing. I loved them so much I am actually ordering my dress for my elopement from them. If you are wondering if you should order from them the answer is yes!

Also I just ordered a bathing suit a month ago because... pandemic weight. And hot damn does it look good. I have ordered quite a few swing dresses and skirts as well over the years, just follow the size chart and you are good. Love you guys!
I made my first purchase with UV and loved the dress I ordered. A bonus, I got to use a coupon code for my purchase as well. Because of COVID-19, my baby shower was cancelled resulting in me not being able to wear my dress. Which also meant the dress would be way too big for me to wear after the birth of my child. This all took place 30 days outside of UV's return policy window. The team was amazing, understanding, and accommodating to my situation, allowing me to return the dress and receive store credit! I can't wait to make my next purchase with UV!
I had a mix up with my order, it somehow got placed as a pickup instead of shipping. This wouldn't be a problem if I lived in or near Burbank, however I live in Pennsylvania. I emailed customer service about the mix up, I received a prompt response WITH a tracking number! Wonderful customer service and I will be ordering again!
My package was marked as delivered by FedEx the day they picked it up. After FedEx assured me it was on its way and would be delivered on time, it didn't come. I called again and they said it would be investigated.
I emailed UV customer service and notified them of the situation. I was messaged back and told me that FedEx had scanned it as delivered when it was picked up and because of it, had been delayed. They let me know that it was now on it's way. I recieved the package later that day. (FedEx never sent me anything or let me know what had happened.)
I will definitely do business with UV again. Customer service treated me well and the dress I received was lovely.
When my girlfriend and I first meet, we went shopping and found this jumper she just loved. Fast forward one year and I finally found it at unique vintage. Fast shipping and less than I was expecting. A++
I purchased a beautiful pair of high waisted pants with suspenders... this piece is a gorgeous vintage classic... unfortunately the seams on the front were coming loose and the item was a little large... I had planned to return the item but a smaller size wasn't available... so I sent the pic to my seamstress and she said it would not be a problem at all to reinforce it and also take these in for me... at any rate I had already informed customer service of the loose stitching... At times, when a consumer points out a fault or anything of that sort the company sometimes becomes defensive and dismissive... In this case with Unique Vintage nothing could be further from the truth... Maura replied promptly to me and apologized for the item not arriving pristine... and once I sent photos to display what I was referring to I was offered 20% refunded back to me... I will absolutely return to shop here... when a company assists clients with such care and respect they earn my long term business!

Ordered 2 dresses for my wife. They are in split orders because... dom, dom, dom, I ordered the wrong size. The first dress has came in and it is stunning. It was the Care Bear Party Swing dress. I couldn't be more happy with the dress. Good quality and wife loved it. I had to contact customer support to change size of other dress and was met with such kindness. I will definitely be ordering from them in the near future. Over all my experience with them was some of the best I have ever had.
I was looking for a unique and stylish dress to wear to my sister's vintage-inspired wedding last year. I am on the curvy side and purchased a couple of 1940s-style dresses to try on. I ended up with a dress that I absolutely adore - it fits great, looks great, and couldn't have been a better choice for the wedding. Plus, Unique Vintage has great customer service and I had absolutely no problems returning the other dresses. I have purchased several other items since the wedding and have been super happy with all of them. I highly recommend Unique Vintage!

Answer: I went off their sizing chart and everything fit perfect. Some dresses has different sizing measurements so not all XL are the same. I am guessing it is because of the material. One of the dresses I bought was 2 sizes smaller than I usually buy and it fit perfectly
