Ordered size large as I always do. I (foolishly) assumed these scrub pants would be a standard size large. I washed 3 of the 4 I ordered. I tried the 3 on after washing and found the length is only suitable for a professional tall basketball player - not for regular people. I am 6 feet 2 inches and these are very long on me! I returned the unwashed pair and had eat the cost of the return. Since I washed the other 3 pair I could not return them. Needless to say I am VERY disappointed in this purchase!
I live close to the ua store but they no longer carry the scrubs my office wears. So had to order. When i got the scrubs the too didnt fit the same even though i have the same one just different color. Ua wanted to charge me shipping BOTH ways to exchange for a different size. I don't think we will order through UA again.
I purchased 3 tops, and 1 bottom. I really needed only the bottoms, but why not get some tops. It was set for delivery in up to 7 business days. 10 buisness days later I get an email that my full order of 3 tops has shipped. I look all over in my email searching for another email from them, there's nothing about the bottoms. I contact customer service, and am advised they sent an email that the bottoms were discontinued. I search my email again... no email stating the bottoms were discontinued. Why was it on the website then? The rep offers for me to purchase another item, once the order is placed reach out again and they can add a discount and free shipping for 3-7 day delivery. I've never heard of a company doing that after an order has been placed. The rep could not address that the bottoms would be incredibly late for my needs. Or why the original bottoms were discontinued and did not notify me of this, for me to possibly order another pair to have on time. No effort to help a customer who ordered in advance and now won't have bottoms on time due to their error on the website and lack of communication. I'm done with UA. Not ordering the bottoms I needed from UA. Now left looking for a local store for bottoms and for future needs.

We strive to provide a one contact resolution whenever a customer contacts us regarding an issue with their order. Our orders are usually processed within 24-48 business hours from the time they were placed. If there are any inventory issues; customers are contacted via email, and this is resolved in a timely manner.

If you live in Australia don't bothere with this company, $50 extra on your order for delivery and it's been 1 month and they still haven't delivered it. I tracked the parcel and it was attempted delivery 2 weeks ago apparently but the time on it was between business hours where we had the practice open and was definitely not attempted to be delivered. I contacted the company and they told me it was the delivery company in Australia's fault and that was it. Ummmmmm seriously, they could follow it up for me and call the delivery company, I did pay you $50 for delivery. Customer service here is terrible and I won't be buying from here again.

I bought 4 medium petite scrub outfits... they all fit perfect! I am very satisfied with the quality and the fit as I have a very difficult time getting decent scrubs. They are usually way too long on me. And... they have great "character" scrub tops... very cute.
Prices are good as well as availability, styles, and brands, but shipping and customer service is a joke! I received an email 2 days after ordering that a set I ordered was out of stock. No big deal, because they would ship without it 48 hours after the email was sent if no reply. I didnt see the email until 2 days after it was sent so no big deal. Now we are 10 days later, I spoken with 2 customer service members who have assured me that the order will ship, and its still an open order with no ship date in site. Save hour money and order from someplace else!
I found a pair of scrubs in the store that I loved, but they didn't have my color. UA not only had my size and color, but was about $10 cheaper than another online store.
I am a frequent flyer of Uniform Advantage and have purchased many, many items and you have never failed to disappoint. I love all of the styles and colors that you offer and the comfort and durability of the uniforms. I will be forever a customer for life!

I love the different selection of scrubs ua has. They are cute and great price. I also buy my daughters school uniforms here and they even embroidered them the first day.
Never again, they cancel our order 1 months later we did, because they did not have our vat number but we bought from there 6 times before

I started my first hospital job wearing Butter soft, I was attracted to how SOFT it is! It feels like I'm just wearing my pjs to work (I work nights so it suits perfectly). Now, I wear their Lauderdale scrubs and I'm in love! Great quality and so fashionable. THE GOLD TOUCH IS PERFECT. Love how flexible it is as well and it is uniformed perfectly.
