I ordered scrubs mid may. I waited 10 days for my items to ship and noticed they weren't shipping. I contacted them and they couldn't answer my question without passing it on to some processing center. 3 days later they tell me one of the pieces is out of stock. So why was I even allowed to order it? Why was I not notified? I told them to cancel my order. They sent me some coupon and told me to choose another piece. I said no, cancel my order and got not response. Then I went through their chat line. The girl said she cancelled my order and I requested a confirmation email. I never received it nor did I receive a transcript of our convo. Then I called. I said I noticed my order was still open. They said they will pass it along to the warehouse and it takes them 24 hours to verify the cancellation. Well low and behold they finally decide to ship my package Friday night at 12:00am! Was this done out of spite? I believe so. They also blocked me from the chat line so I can no longer use it. Stay away from this company. They are horrible. Anyone who refuses to cancel your order shouldn't be in business. I requested cancellation long before the item was shipped. I would like to speak to someone in the corporate office.
I have ordered several time with this company. I do not know what is happening but I placed yet another large order (5/6/21) and this time... there was a shirt that had gone out of stock... so they sent me an email asking me what I wanted to do about it? Really? What can I do? It doesn't exist! Adjust my order and send the rest. Well... that didn't happen. I replied to the email saying remove it from the order. Then I heard NOTHING. I have called several times asking what the status of my order was since online... it kept telling me it was 'being processed.' After calling several times and getting answers like..."It's in shipping right now"... I don't see that you responded to the email... YES I did, the last guy said he can see that I responded... and now it's not there? So today (5/24/21) I called yet again and NOW 4 OTHER shirts are out of stock! So, I just cancelled the whole order. Very disappointed.

I placed an order online, and requested 2-day shipping. I then called because the order was not shipped. They assisted me with placing the order again and stated they would give me next day shipping at no cost as it was their mistake. The order still did not arrive, they charged my cc. So when I contacted them again they told me that there was no indication of the rush processing and I could expect my order in 7-8 business days. I canceled the order, they stated they intercepted my cc transaction and would not be billed for it What a joke.

Very disappointed in the fit of UA Buttersoft. I ordered 14 UA buttersoft pieces & literally every single piece fit differently. I'm usually a fit between a SM-Med for tops so I always order a medium. Some of the tops fit like larger & I even had one that fit like an x-lg (all the same brand.). There's no consistency in sizing. I spent over $200 with this order & I had to live chat with the company to find out why they weren't shipping my order. Took almost a week longer to get my order than what was originally quoted as my shipping and receive date. Very disappointed in the company & will not be ordering again!

It certainly can be difficult to find the perfect fit when buying clothing online, especially when it’s a brand, line, or cut that you are not familiar with.
Our signature Butter-Soft garments come in several different lines (original Butter-Soft, Butter-Soft Stretch, Easy Stretch by Butter-Soft, Movement by Butter-Soft), each one with its own particular fabric composition and characteristics. I’m not sure if you ordered garments from just one of these lines or from various, but the fabric certainly greatly influences how a particular item fits.
Every garment that we sell (whether from one of our Butter-Soft lines or any other of the national brands that we offer) has its own Size Chart & Fit Guide right on the item page of our website. The chart indicates the body measurements that each size of that particular style is intended for; it also indicates the inseam length of the pants. This information is intended to help our valued customers make better-informed choices on what size(s) to order, and we highly recommend that our customers always consult this information for each individual garment when requesting new-to-them styles.
Of course, this Size Chart is only a guide, and personal preference on how we like our clothes to fit is also a big factor. Sometimes it’s only by trial and error that we ultimately find clothes that have the fit we are looking for. For this reason, we do all we can to assure that our return and exchange process is as hassle-free as possible.
I am also sorry that your shipment took longer than was originally projected to reach you. Without the particulars of your order, of course, I’m unable to research why this might have been the case, but I would like to follow up on it, if you’d let me. I wear size Medium. I ordered 10 pieces, a mix of tops and pants all in Medium. Due to styles and cut some are like a Large. All 10 pieces shipped to me in 1 package. I want to exchange for different size and return but I must either use their shipping label with a MAX of 5 pieces per package and have the 9$ each package deducted from my return or get my own return labels but they MUST be insured. While I read the return policy prior to purchase I was hopeful that my same brands would fit same. I am disappointed that the fits were so unreliable and now I have so many pieces that I can't wear.

Use of this label is optional, but we do recommend it as it is trackable and insured, which can could be important if the package should go astray on its way back to us. However, we are happy to process returns that reach by any carrier, whether insured or not (though we greatly encourage insuring any shipment of value).
We definitely don’t want you to feel that you are “stuck” with garments that you can’t wear. I’d be happy to waive the 8.99 return shipping fee as a courtesy, if that would make the process smoother for you. I have to pay a $50US delivery fee to Canada, only for my order to arrive and owe another $83.05 to receive my package, which was $228.01. Taxing this at an additional +36%. Have not even received my items yet to see if they are even decent but will NEVER order from them again regardless, nor will anyone I work with now. Way to show respect to the nursing staff... not.

Orders shipped to addresses outside the USA are generally subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination countries. It sounds like what you are being charged are these fees. Unfortunately, these charges are determined by the government in the destination country and Uniform Advantage has no control over them and cannot even predict what they might be in any particular case.
For orders to Canada and some other countries, Uniform Advantage does offer the (optional) UPS I-parcel service, in which the duties and taxes are calculated and added to the order total at check-out, eliminating unexpected costs upon delivery. Orders placed for I-parcel delivery must be placed by the customer online (rather than by phone or mail).
Without any information on your particular order, we’re unable to research to see what has gone on in your case. If by any chance you placed an order for I-parcel delivery and it was not shipped that way, we definitely want to know about it so that we can make things right with you.

I Would give them a BIG FAT O! I shopped for the first time with is company It was estimated that my items would ship in a week, up until three weeks after, still didn't receive, the items, I kept calling, one agent says it ships them and email later followed stating items were not in stock, I ordered six items. Some of my items were in fact in stock but I have not received any items, spoke to corporate customer service, she had no idea how to take care of an unhappy customer, I ended up having to bye uniform to start my job, So I can't comment on the quality of the products I purchased. But I can say that customer service and the shipping department could communicate better with customers, still waiting for my refund, I will never shop at a uniform advantage again. The stores are no better.

I purchased uniform from uniform. They did not send me the style that l chose. They mailed me a cheap material with a different style. I returned it. They received it but refused to reimburse my money. I have the returned receipt and the tracking number that shows that they received it.

You asked about the return shipping fee. We do strive to make merchandise exchanges as hassle-free as possible. I ordered two sets of scrubs and despite putting in my right address it got switched twice- once without an apartment number to UPS and then a completely different address to USPS somehow. It was marked not deliverable and would be sent back to their headquarters. After talking with someone they said I should figure it out with UPS or USPS. 7 or more calls later I got the address corrected but then got a call saying it was actually sent back. Then 5 days later it arrived making it nearly 2 weeks to get my package after I paid for shipping. If shipping and customer service is this unhelpful- I fixed it myself with no support from UA- shipping should be free. There was also very little detail on difference between petite / short and regular so my scrubs are too big. The material also isn't ve stretchy, which is important for me. I've sent it back but I still have to pay AGAIN for shipment back. Worst costumer service experience- paying for bad service and zero help. Don't shop here, stick to Amazon, an actual store or any other company.

I was dismayed to hear that you have had fabric and sizing issues, as well. It certainly isn’t easy to purchase online clothes that one is not already familiar with. You do not mention if you ordered from one of our own Uniform Advantage lines or from one of the other national brands that we carry. Each brand and each line employs a different fabric blend, and that is what will determine the stretchiness of the items. For example, our own Butter-Soft brand comprises several collections (original Butter-Soft, Butter-Soft STRETCH, Easy Stretch by Butter-Soft, and MOVEMENT by Butter-Soft), each one with its own price point, sizing, mix of fibers, and “stretchiness factor.” We would be happy to work with you in finding the line or lines that work best for your specific needs.
I apologize if the differences in sizing seemed unclear. Items marked “Petite,” “Short,” or “Tall” have the same fit as the “Regular” option; the only difference is in the length of the garment. Every garment that we sell (whether it is our own Uniform Advantage brand or not) has its own Size Chart & Fit Guide right on the item page of our website. The chart is intended to help our valued customers make informed choices on what size to order; it details the body measurements each style is made for and gives the inseam length of pants.
Our shipping charges can vary depending on the total dollar amount of the order; our current promotion consists of a flat $7.99 shipping fee on orders up to $129, or free shipping on orders that total more than that. An exchange order going back to you carries no shipping charge; we cover that cost.
We do strive to keep returns and exchanges as simple and hassle-free as possible. I've waited months for a specific color- the orange sorbet pants. For some reason all you guys have showing is the petite & long- no regular! At one time there was only smalls. Would be nice to have the option to order- even if it's just on back order! I've looked on all the other sites for that specific color, so I can batch match!

I love buying from them. The uniforms are all top brand names, comfy and the prices cannot be beat. They care about their customers. And shipping times couldn't be better
I've been to the location in Downtown Tampa and everything there was organized by color and whether or not the product was on sale. The employees were helpful and they even offer embroidery, depending on what your hospital requires. They gave me a 20% discount because I had my hospital badge with me. Would recommend this place!

I am sure she had many other customers to assist so it took a couple of days but I am just glad someone actually reached out to me instead of just acting like they were going to help. I was able to get the correct products I wanted without an issue.
I purchased buttersoft scrubs for the first time and they were so rigid and rough I felt so deceived considering I bought several other pairs of the uniform advantage buttersoft brand. I got one pair of the movement style and those are what I expected buttersoft to be. As many others mentioned, sizing really depends on you preference but I also found sizing to be a bit on the larger side. I used the size guide and found that the sizes are generally about 3-4 inches larger for the tops than the reference range. For example, size small is 33-36 inch bust (not exact but for the sake of the review this is an example) when I got my measuring tape and measured the scrub top it was 40 inch bust. So if you are in between sizes it is best to get the smaller size but again, I am the type of person that knows my measurements for this reason and it is frustrating when you try to get everything right and it still doesn't workout. Now I have to pay, nearly $10 in shipping that I was trying very hard to avoid. Not to mention there is a sale now and all of the items I purchased are at a discount and I don't see anything about price adjustments. I just re-ordered because it is likely by the time they process my return there won't be any of the colors or size options left for me because their returns process is so outdated. This is the only company where I still have to fill out a paper form. To have to calculate all of these things just so I can make a return is even more frustrating. I just think it is ridiculous to be paying an excessive shipping fee when I know this company is making tons of money with customers spending at least $100 per order.

Sizing can vary so widely from one item to the next, depending on brand, fabric, and style. Just go the page that shows the garment you are interested in and click on the link "Size Chart & Fit Guide" right below where the available sizes are shown. These charts indicate the actual body measurements (not garment measurements) that correspond to each size, so if you know your own measurements, you can choose the best size to order.
