I ordered maternity scrubs earlier this year. I was unhappy with the style and they were big on my despite using the measurements on the online size chart. I was disappointed to have to pay an additional $7-8 for the return shipping even though I had paid for the original shipping to get the order to me. Overall just a hassle and not worth the time or money.

UA is affordable for incoming healthcare professions! I will be attending nursing school in a few weeks and with an insane tuition, UA is the way to go! So many different styles to choose from and a variety of colors. I can get as much as i need without selling my kidneys!
Uniform Advantage has a great selection of scrubs and accessories. It has a variety of sizes and styles. I wear their butter soft stretch scrub jogger pants. They are so soft and comfortable. They have a great selection of tops. I work in pediatrics and I wear their character scrubs. When I go to their stores the salesperson are very helpful. I sometimes order online and it is so easy to find what you need. I highly recommend Uniform Advantage for all my uniforms and accessories.
I have been a big customer to this company however this is now the second time I have had no product show up when I paid almost $300 dollars. My track number shows no updates, not out nothing! I have been trying to get ahold of someone and the email is down, live chat is out and the phone number I had to leave my number. Im so upset and won't be back! First time shame on me second time shame on them!

As a new nuclear medicine student, It's important for me to have everything I need to succeed at clinicals & in the classroom. While I was a student I needed special sizes of scrubs that I could not find anywhere else. I was thrilled when my order arrived and everything fit perfectly. I had so many options to choose from online. I had spent a lot of time looking elsewhere and was not successful with finding scrubs that fit me right. Currently about to start my last year of nursing school! I've worked as a tech and student nurse the last 3 years & this is the only place I will ever buy my scrubs! They have so many options! I have yet to purchase any I do not like. Also their customer service is amazing!
First off, it is horrible that I have to spend money on things I can not see or try on. I have to blindly spend money on something i will be stuck with. I say stuck with because not only am i forced to use this company i have to pay for shipping and then if it doesnt fit or its wrong i have to pay to send it back! Not all scrubs fit alike so not having the choice to try them on is not fair. The choice in scrubs available are very limited, sold out and cheaply made! Size is not true and what they call petite is actually regular. I have an extra 4 inches in length than other scrubs, butter soft and easy stretch. The butter soft fades colors so very bad in a very short amount of time, less than a month and they looked a year old. My second time ordering they embroidered the wrong logo on my shirt! So now i have to deal with sending that back and paying for shipping for their mistake. I will be addressing with my company how bad the quality is and petition for them to use a different company in the future. This is garbage and it is made over seas, why wouldn't we use a company in the US? Completely dissatisfied.

Without access to the particulars of your order, I’m unable to know the details, but from what you’ve described it sounds like your place of employment has arranged for Uniform Advantage to be the scrub uniforms supplier. The (often limited) variety of approved styles available to the purchasing employee is determined directly by the employer. When, as happens occasionally, a particular garment sells out, if we are unable to restock the item in a timely manner, Uniform Advantage is generally able to arrange for the employer company to approve a similar, alternate garment for the employee to purchase.
I agree completely that it can be difficult to get the sizing correct right away when purchasing clothes online. Sizing varies greatly from brand to brand and even from one line to another in a particular brand, due to style and fabric composition. Because of this, every garment that we sell has its own Size Chart & Fit Guide right on the item page of our website. The chart indicates the body measurements that each size of that particular style is intended for, plus indicates the inseam length on pants. This information is intended to help our valued customers make better-informed choices on what size(s) to order, and we highly recommend that our customers consult this information for each individual garment when requesting new-to-them styles.
The Size Chart is only a guide, of course, and personal preference on how we like our clothes to fit is also very important. Frankly, sometimes it’s only by trial and error that we ultimately find the fit we are looking for. This is why we do all we can to assure that our return and exchange process is as hassle-free as possible. If you decide to use our convenient prepaid return shipping label, we will generally charge $8.99 to cover that shipping cost. I got my quotes in Canadian dollars only to see a huge conversion rate which isn't even close to accurate. Then I get this super ghetto email from ups asking me to pay 20 of duties and taxes. So I paid for my scrubs, paid for the shipping, paid for the false conversion rate, ended up paying 90+ dollars in import fees. Junk website probably junk scrubs for like 70 per pants and 60 a top all in all. Stay away! Stay far away

Orders that we ship outside of the USA very often do have taxes and custom duties levied by the local government. Fortunately, Canada is one of the countries for which we can offer the UPS I-parcel service. I bought scrubs from this company 2 years ago and had a great experience. I purchased a 65/35 poly/cotton blend top (made in Pakistan, #UA71C) that lasted hundreds of washes. Then, when I reordered it (the same 65/35 poly-cotton blend top), it was drastically different. This one was made in Ghana. It looks like a cheap knock-off version of the original. The material is stiff, shiny and transparent in the light. There is ZERO stretch. It's loud as if it's made of plastic. My school uniforms were better than this, and those were free. Even the stitching on the logo is poorly made with a sloppy design. I have no idea why they chose to downgrade their material, but I can only assume it was to save money because the quality is a fraction of what it was. I'm writing this to notify their Quality Assurance team of this problem. I hope they change it back to what it was because I will take my business elsewhere.
