So far so good! The only thing I have a problem with is I requested the wig with baby hair because I don't have any experience with lace front wigs I thought I would be able to just put the wig on and go other than that the hair is a nice quality little to no Shedding. Arrived in good timing.
The orders are just like what is advertised, no exaggeration the quality in the products are amazing and is worth the price, the customer service is great aswell they helped me with my problem when my delivery hot delivered to another address.
It took a minute for my order to come but once it was resolved everything flowed smoothly.

The unit arrived in perfect condition. Communication with CSR was great very responsive. The color is amazing and the hair texture is so soft with no shedding or tangles.

I was genuinely disappointed after paying for the express shipping and it wasn't processed according to shipping polices. The wig came after I left the city and had to stop at Unice store in Inglewood to buy a wig because I couldn't spend Valentine Day weekend alone. Sorry this comment won't make the size of clientele change but I pray it changes the way shipping practices of the county.

The site i'm not happy with the site pushing to get the app. I did not find this site via app. I want to just make an order. Receive updates on the order by way of email period I would make purchases again because the merchandise is good.but payment route not user friendly.
