I had read quite a few negative reviews and almost didn't make this purchase. But the price was great, and the birdbath was virtually unbreakable; so I decided to take a chance. I'm so glad I did. This is a beautiful birdbath, and it arrived quite speedily and perfectly intact. It was well packed. I live in a forest, and it looks just beautiful on a fallen log. The birds, squirrels, and raccoons love it. And so do I!
Everything about this purchase was perfect. I would definitely buy from Unbeatable Sales again!
I ordered an item on unbeatable sale It was a good deal at a good price but they canceled the order and raised the price on the site so now to buy it I would have to spend Much much more than the original listing. They claim the original listing was an error personally I believe they should honor the prices they list
I ordered an electrical cord and the description picture on the internet appears to look as if it is a 3 pin connection. After I ordered it I found one at Westlake Hardware (the same day) so I went there and much to my surprise the picture is wrong its a two pin connection.
I hurried back home (the same day) and cancelled my order. It had not shipped yet but Unbeatablesale refused to stop it probably so they could collect on the shipping charge, so I waited and received today
And took it to UPS and returned it. In all the shipping cost me $22, $9.00 to get it here and $13 to send it back. Oh yeah, Unbeatablesale offered to knock 15% off of the item if I would just keep it. Their words, "so I won't have to go through the hassle of returning it". This is a $#*!ING SCAM! False advertising. American Bass Componate Symphony 6.5 is what that's in the picture. But, they shipped me American Bass Coiax 6.5. I suppose to pay for the return and reshelfing.

After calling multiple times about me not receiving my order they refunded me my money and 2 hours later took it right back off my card! And ended up sending me a fake tracking number! Yes -1 star seems more appropriate the worst company you can order. Do order from them. You will get delay after delay with zero updates on the status of your order. Save your just don't order from this company. They zero customer service zero respect for your time and your money. Based on my experience I can only assume that the positive reviews must be fake.

This company offers great products at great prices. I recently purchased a pump and motor from them to save a few dollars over the competition. The package they sent me came in pretty quickly, but they sent the wrong pump and motor. I can forgive this, as the model numbers of the motor I ordered and the one they sent are very similar. However, when I called Kathy at their customer service phone number, she mentioned it would take two days for me to receive a response back from their sales department! Two days? For a response? Come on! Meanwhile my hot tub is unusable with no pump and I have a big party coming up this weekend. This business needs better quality control. Also, it would be nice if customer service did not raise their voices at customers over the phone...
I bought a pontoon ladder from UnbeatableSale through the Walmart Marketplace last summer. The manufacturer has a two year warranty on their products but absolutely no contact information for the manufacturer on the internet. I contacted UnbeatableSale to see if they could provide me the manufacturer contact informant and they responded with a form email response that they were not able to help me because it's outside the 30 day return window. All I wanted was the contact information for the manufacturer and they wouldn't give it to me.--Suicidal Tendencies.
