Thank you for a fantastic customer experience. The UltraSabers website is easy to use and has huge amounts of information available that helped me select what I wanted to order. Postage was very good too, I was able to keep track of the progress of the parcel right to my door. 3 business days from despatch to my door is excellent considering I'm in New Zealand and it came from the United States. I will be ordering again and will recommend the UltraSabers website to friends and family.

Easy to use site and many options and customization options for every saber. Warning: If you order Adegan Silver expect to have a change in colors, like a red disk will give you an orange, etc. I did not know this but good colors are still possible! Still very pleased with my Saber

Shopping here is great and very easy. One thing that disturbs me is that an initiate with a full sized blade costs more than the regular size version of that saber with the same blade. This has made buying initiates very difficult for me. If they were more appropriatly priced by the size of the saber and blade I would have bought more. That's my input. Thank you!

The saber itself is great. We did have an issue where the blade was cracked upon arrival but Ultrasabers has taken care of that to our satisfaction. Over all great customer service.

I love this site! I decided to use UltraSabers as the place where I order the combat ready sabers for the martial arts school I am an Instructor in. Couldn't be more happy with it. However, one of the ultrasabers I ordered is having issues and won't turn on, one of the other martial arts insructors will be calling on the 22nd of June to see what can be done.

Belicose decorative buttons should be listed. I lost mine 30 minutes after receiving saber last winter, too lazy to contact and ask a replacement. While shopping i would have added one to cart.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
