You need to find a better shipping cost situation, with everything costing $20 to get it shipped, it will discourage me from placing any small orders, and I can see myself buying all sorts of odds and ends for these lightsabers

My only critique is that the site was confusing at first, which was a bit of a put-off. Also, maybe having a set link to a page on the site or emailing new saber owners the links to the drivers/launcher would be a way to up customer service. By avoiding having to have a new customer then search the forums.

This is my second Saber from Ultrasabers and I am so happy with how my order turned out. The craftsmanship is flawless and I received it in 4 days. Can't wait to order my next saber!

I had had questions previously that were promptly answered after the convention was over, and have now been able to place my order without trouble. The Summer Deals are great too with the discounts and potential free saber (2015 Summer Deal).

Everything arrived exactly as ordered. Only snag was in delivery, which was more my room mate's fault than anything.
