The videos were a tremendous help with understanding the options since I am a first time buyer.

Very easy order process for anyone who can follow directions. The videos and forum links for more information have been extremely helpful for me as I decide what configuration I would like for my next saber, which will have more features.

I believe I included this in my order comments not knowing there would be an opportunity to do so later. So just to say again what I included prior, your service is wonderful, your turnaround time on orders outstanding and product quality superb. Could not ask for more from a saber!

I wasn't expecting the Dark Initiate hilt to be so small but overall I liked it.

I'm in love with my Sabre I should have ordered this years ago I am definitely going to order more sabers

Items as requeded. Great quality.
Note: the fedex packaging was badly damaged. 2 of the 3 sided triangular box were split enough for me to put a finger through it. It was likely only the strength of the blade that held it together. I have pictures if interested.

Order my sabers on the 1st of July paid for overnight at my door the morning of the 3rd had them for the 4th. It's fun to watch 28 yr olds become 10 again when you put one of these in their hands instant party favorite.

A little bit too complicated, but I could understand the reason why.

Awesome step by step shopping from selecting the model to the details of the blade. Very nice to have all the videos in between because I would have no idea what they were about otherwise. Very nice saber although it wasn't as bright as I thought and the sound was loud but had a little delay.

Great overall experience! Amazing quality, costumer service, and speed! Several customized (amazing) sabers made it from Texas to my doorstep, in Canada, in less than 5 days. This was my first order at Ultrasabers and I was definitely impressed. I look forward to doing business with them again :)
