It was great. The shipping took forever, but the production time was incredible and I love the product!

It arrived faster than I expected and is exactly what I ordered. My only comment is to be careful with the little light emitter-it has a tendency to get jammed sideways if you aren't careful

Websites nice, but whenever i right clicked to open something in a new tab to compare, i got to enjoy like 5 'Images are copyrighted' pop ups first.

As well i was not expecting the Vented pommel to simply be a big hole. I assumed it was vented like my roommates Prop sabers.

Your site is super easy to navigate. For a mom that is important when shopping for gifts. I am a novice with these things and your tutorial videos help define all the options available with these sabers. The information was very clear and easy to understand. Ultimately helped me decide on my saber purchase which I am very pleased with.

A little pricey, but a lot of cool designs and specifications make for an otherwise great saber shopping experience.

No problems yet first time product if anything goes wrong ill let u know everything was perfect except for a very superficial mark looked like oil i couldnt get off when it was machined and a thumbprint but no problems great product

Overall very satisfied with my purchase. I wish a couple options could have vid links while building your order. Pommels high profile vs low, Clip for belt an img file so i knew what it looked like. Just minor vague options on a few building decisions. If your going to buy this product Google & youtube are great educational tools. The product is awesome.
