The turn around time was excellent. I received a shipped notice later in the day that I placed it. I only wish that I had ordered more sabers with it.
Great service and great light saber
The site does a great job of describing the various features that can be added to the sabers. The saber itself will certainly not be mistaken with some chintzy Wal-Mart special. It looks and feels great. The sound of the Obsidian v4 soundboard makes the saber sound just like the ones in the movies, you'd almost think you had an actual lightsaber. I placed my order and 4 days later I had my saber in hand, so the speed with which it went from building to customer is fantastic.
I received my order within 5 days of it being placed. The sabers Guardian emerald with sound, Initiate V3 and Hybrid Consular (grab bag) all look, feel and sound exquisite adding to my collection from Ultrasabers.
Experienced no problems. When I recieved the saber my boyfriend loved it.

Update: The only reason I did not give five stars is because I would have preferred a little extra velcro around the battery module in order to keep it from rattling inside the handle. Other than that, a fantastic purchase!

Delivery and packaging very well handled. Batteries come inside the saber which made me think at first i didnt have any batteries.

Very easy and quick
The saber is awesome! The only thing I will mention is you forgot to include the little screw driver for the tension screw. I did add it to my order. Not too big of a deal though. It is an awesome saber though! Very satisfied!
