Once again, Ultrasabers has impressed me. I ordered the Manticore, and when I got it out of the box it was perfect. Beautiful emitter, thicker but shorter hilt than my other sabers, perfect for someone who is shorter, like me. My only minor complaint is that the battery pack rattles around in the hilt when I wield it, but a piece of electrical tape would fix that easily. FedEx took a few days longer to deliver it than I expected, but we must all learn patience, mustn't we? I am very satisfied with my all around experience ordering from Ultrasabers. I look forward to seeing more new hilt designs in the future, perhaps more modeled after SWTOR or the movies, and of course, original designs as well.
Recieved a very dim saber; Guardian blue Ultraedge Heavygrade blade initiate v4 aaa battery setup
Upon looking into website info, no difference between the li-on setup and aaa setup was mentioned yet friends who had li-on setup from ultrasabers had way better illumination

I love the product and I found the people at Ultrasabers to be responsive and professional. My one gripe is that the product is so customizeable, that it makes casual purchasers like myself have to decide some rather inane options. There should probably be a more standard product, rather than leaving the entire construction process so custom-oriented. Of course, customers should be able to customize their lightsabers, but a 17 or 19 point options checklist to get through the purchasing process is onerous. Anyway, I love the product and only have nice things to say about Ultrasabers.

Co fused with postage...a friend who purchased one on same day, paid $40 odd and was a premium delivery time, ie 2-3 days, I paid $80 for a longer service?, bit strange as we live very close to each other

A smooth, intuitive order system, and my questions were answered promptly. I had requested it be shipped without batteries, due to a prohibited mailed items policy at my location. It was shipped with the batteries, but it didn't cause any issues, so in the end I'm happy to be able to use it right out of the box.

I love starwars and this was almost an adrenalin rush to see all of these light sabers! I loved the options and the ability to customize. These sabers are SOO bright! I purchased the blazing red and it is absolutely stunning! I will be buying more in the future because this is such a good quality item. I recommend to all Star wars fans! These light sabers are a must have!

We are completely giddy over our light sabers. They are SO well-made and they're even durable. Extremely high quality for what I consider a very reasonable price. We don't plan on using them too intensely but they hold up to playful sparring easily. I'm very impressed with the time frame in which they were delivered as well. You run a tight ship, UltraSabers! Nicely done!
