I'd give 6 stars if I could, love Ultrasabers.

Took a while to ship but any questions I had were quickly answered. Great saber, and great customer service

Got here with good timing and is exactly what I was looking for.

The costumer service is just abysmal, they didn't get back to any of my emails, and they only sent out thw saber after I asked for a refund. The actual saber came damaged out of the box, and they are just huge hilts.

The product got here earlier than anticipated, it was in great condition and still works.

Still waiting for my order with no response from customer service for 2 months. I would really like to have the product but at this point I may be disputing the charges. I understand things are out of the norm right now but an email back would be nice

Overall I'm happy with the product. I did order my sabers during the pandemic so I understand the wait time, just wish they would've communicated a little better. But very happy with the sabers. Will order again.

Product came in good shape, and once it was shipped arrived on time and with no problems, except that I never received any response from the customer support team when I was trying to find information on my purchase and it took nearly 2 months to receive it.

Love my saber, it is beautifully balanced and so nice to swing, also without the sound effects the sound of the blade cutting through the air is is crisp, just those small little things

I just wish someone would answer a phone call or respond back to an email. I almost drove an hour and a half to your location just so I could speak to an actual person.

It, was great, my saber arrived on time and worked perfectly.

I ordered 2 blade plugs and a pommel, I only received the pommel and 1 blade plug...I emailed them and no answer yet...

I got my saber on time for my second order made very well happy with my with it and my first order should be coming in soon

The product is great. The customer service is nonexistent. I have sent at least five (5) emails only to get a reply two (2) months later. I'm ok with waiting but acknowledgment of customers needs to take place.

Buyer beware. Terrible company. Takes your money and never sends what you ordered. Won't answer emails calls or message. Its been over 4 months since we ordered. They refuse to respond to any communication. Never issued a refund just took the money.

Order was wrong and late. You have another order hostage and Jake won't respond to the 100 emails I've sent. I want to send my sabers back and cancel the order you have presently. I need to speak to a person *******025 order ******* & *******

No one will help me and I don't see how this can legally be done so I am exploring that presently.
