I'm happy with the service.
I ordered during Covid and was worried but customer service assured me that my order was coming, it was just a longer wait due to the pandemic.
Placed my order almost three months ago. Received the order confirmation, and then have received no communication from the company in that time, despite reaching out to them SIX times over the last month. I understand things being slowed down from coronavirus, but that is no excuse for completely ignoring customer service. At this point I doubt I will ever receive the product and am ready to file a claim against the company.
During my 11 week wait (which I was only told of a 4 week lead time after i ordered. When I placed my order there was no mention of it.) I tried contacting multiple time never recieving responses until a few days before it shipped. While the saber is good in quality I will not be ordering again from Ultra Sabers.
There awesome they're built great and they're fun to use
I ordered a dark initiate 2 on 5/24 for my son. His birthday was 06/08. It arrived on 07/06. There was no mention of a 5 week lead time anywhere during the order process. Amazon has conditioned us to assume a few days at most. With COVID maybe an extra week. But 5? I understand that this may have been unavoidable but just let people know a rough timeframe. I was seriously close to reversing the charges to my card and cancelling the order. I emailed and dm'd the fb page and only got automated responses. I finally got an actual message from a person about a week after I sent it. Great product. Just need some serious work on the communication part of the 'experience'.
Incredibly magical products! I shopped around a lot before going with Ultrasabers. I am glad I did because I am very pleased with the price, design, durability, versatility, and total overall quality. I recommend Ultrasabers to anyone who wants a prop quality design that you can display and duel with. Customer service was very helpful.
So I love lightsabers and have many of them from many places. I convinced my sister to buy one mystery saber and I would do the same. We received the package and took our sabers out at each end in the box at the same time and was very happy of the hilts. BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE. You light it up to discover the color of your blade!
It is an awesome product but the customer service and delivery time needs work.
I have now been waiting for nearly 2 months for an order I played first week of june and despite reaching out to inquire as to what is going on I have been ignored. Today I get this email requesting a review for my saber from months ago... that's a joke. Answer my inquires for the 400 dollars youre holding before asking for a review!
The product that arrives was of amazing quality as expected however the customer service is absolutely horrendous as you ignore all emails to your main email address as well as all others and it took me multiple days of emails to a memeber of customer service's personal email to sort my order and she only replied once a day. If you would like to keep customers this needs to be fixed as I know many MANY people are not happy happy with this fact. That said the product is above and beyond on quality and I will attempt to order again in the future
Great sabers! Mystery boxes took longer than usual to arrive.
My son and I ordered the "surprise package"and we both were pleased. A blue saber and an orange one. He immediately grabbed the orange and yelled "Plo Koon!". No chance I will get that one. That night my daughter took my blue one and both kids (16&19) fought outside under the stars. Guess this kid (age 63) will have to order him one now. Oh well, I saw the first Star Wars in 1977 anyway (bragging rights).
It was worth the wait. Very well made heavy duty construction with attention to detail. It was slower than I expected in delivery and construction but what isn't during these days of epidemic. I did receive a reply, though short, explaining that told to expect shipping within 6 weeks. It was almost exactly 6 weeks.
I love my sabers! They're very loud and good fun to scare people with! I purchased 1200$ worth during the spring giveaway and received 4 extra sabers in addition to the 3 I customized. The order was surprisingly quickly filled, shipped and received! The sabers are beautiful and will be decorations (and playthings) in my new residence! I recommend Ultrasabers 100% for anyone in the market for a high quality saber and will definitely be ordering again!

Fantastic. This is the saber crafting site any Star Wars fan should use, as the sabers and the customisations are brilliant. Plenty of videos and details for each saber you choose, and the amount of customisation for each one is also incredible. Very pleased and recommend this to everyone.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
