Easy and straight forward. Only gripe was delivery address (had to deliver to home rather than work as home is credit card billing address). Otherwise very professional, providing Fedex tracking all the way.

Ever since I saw Star Wars when I was 5 years old, I've always wanted a lightsaber. My very first lightsaber from Ultra Sabers was the best purchase and coolest thing I have ever gotten. From the ease of selecting the lightsaber, to the delivery time was absolutely the greatest! I'm planning to purchase another one, no doubt about it!

The first time I ordered from Ultrasaber I was a bit confused, but thanks to there customer service and website security, I understood how to order a lightsaber this time. The warning on the ordering page helped as well seeing as my order was over 100 so they informed me to pay with paypal so I can send the package to my friends address instead of mine.
