Very smooth and seamless ordering and communication. Bellicose in hand is exactly as I imagined. Beautiful arctic blue led. Realistic movie sounds and action. Even my parents were excited to hold a "working" lightsaber. Who hasn't wanted to hold one and wave it around?
Only complaint is they should have sent more than 3 business cards :) I know they will go fast!
