Turnaround and shipping was very fast.
Ordered on a Sunday and the saber shipped by Wednesday. All parts and pieces were included, well packaged, and helpful instructions too.

Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. My only concern is the battery situation. It has a Litium-ion charger setup (port), but no charger cord. The light of said saber is also a bit washed out. I'm not sure if that is due to a weak charge in the batteries it came with or not, though. It's a violet amythest LED, as requested, so to my understanding, that means there are actually two bulbs inside (red and blue). The light, however, seems like more of an indigo than anything. Sort of a tinted blue. I'm hoping this is due to charging and can be easily remedied by correcting what I assume was a slight oversight.
I found this site excellent for the different item to try.
I will be shopping from here again for all saber needs great work from all involved!

The website is a little confusing at first of how to put a saber together. After I played around a bit I got the hang of it. It was delivered quicker than we thought, so that was great! The craftsmanship of the handle is awesome, better looking than what the pictured showed. The blade we are worried about as our boys like to get rough when they fight, so we will see if it truly stands the test of dueling sabers. So I will update you when he opens it up for Christmas and they start dueling. Overall it has been a good experience.
