So many options to choose from. Emory's video presentations were awesome; very helpful, to the point with demonstrations and explanations.

Easy ordering on-line. The blade arrived in a timely manner, well-packaged and in excellent condition (via FedEx).

The hilt and blade were awesome and it lights up like a Christmas tree.

Good thus far, easy to select options, EXCEPT to update it creates another item in cart.

Right after I purchased the sabers for my boys (literally like 2 hours later), a 15% sale for Christmas was advertised. It's a disappointment that you can't retroactively apply something like that if it's within the last 24 hrs.

These sabers are simply amazing!

Its even better than I thought it would be. Speedy delivery, endless options, and the grab bag blades are suspenseful and fun because you don't know what you're gonna get until you unwrap it and hit that power switch. But you can be assured that it will be cool.

So far...a fairly easy online process.

I am somewhat disappointed with the redness of the saber. It is more of a reddish orange color. Not red like in the movies.

Your shipping price is a bit high, I am hoping that as your business grows you can get a better rate for your customers.
