Fast delivery, excellent quality.
Beautiful sabers with outstanding technology inside. The colors projected in the blades themselves are pure; something I'm certain we all love to see! The Diamond Sabers themselves are extremely responsive to movement, a quality in which I can be very certain runs through every saber they make. The generic grab-bag stunt saber that came with the other two is still a beauty in of itself. Emory and the rest of the team at Ultrasabers have out done themselves yet again!
Overal a great product but some of the details I sacked for did not happen I asked for a green light when I had the option for hit on clash lighting option instead I got a purple light for hit on clash and with there more complicated hilt designs are lose in the fittings and bolts that hold them together so my opinion get a saber with a simple design like the archon it was amazing and I have no complaints with that design.
A more linear pay screen might be a bit easier to read
Ultrasabers is an amazing. The only issue i have is with fedex and the hilts on the more expensive models blade not being secured properly.

I appreciate that you are very thorough in assisting the customer in designing their product. Your detailed information and easy ordering process is greatly appreciated. Am very happy with the product, although I believe the maintenance instructions could be a little more detailed. Not crazy about having to search YouTube to find tips.
Fedex was mostly the problem I had the payment method set up with Debit at the door they said it was good but when the guy came with my package he wouldn't accept it cash cheque or Credit Card are their only payment methods Duties I thought were handled with the Shipping cost which I paid $58 American which works its way to $78 CDN Very Expensive considering having to pay an extra $20 at the door would I buy from UltraSabers again? Yes but I would hope that someday their would be alternative shipping methods available for Canada.
Exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service. Extremely rapid shipping. Couldn't be happier.
The shop needs a bit to get used to, but is done fine.
