I recieved what I ordered however it came a month late. I ordered some base level upgrade pieces at the same time I was receiving a bunch of christmas emails stating that entire custom sabers would be delivered by christmas. It showed up the second week of January.
I ordered the mystery box as a surprise gift for my husband! He was super excited and loves it! Thank you ultrasabers.
Arrived exactly when stated in good condition, just a little work tightening the parts and it's good to go.
It took a while to recieve my order do to the holidays and new movie being released, but once things are back to normal i plan on ordering another saber!
Delivery was delayed due to festive season. However, customer service officer (Ada) was very prompt in updating me of the reason for delay as well as shipment status.

I've sent the product back for repair. When it's working, it's amazing. Saber is bright and the sound is accurate and fun. Can't wait to get it back and actually use it.

Just got a gran bag saber, got a awesome stint saber. Matches the Other one I got from a mystery box.
Loving it so far, super quick and easy. No complaints. There was a very shift delay due to the Christmas rush and release of the newest movie, but communication was quick and simple and I couldn't be happier with the saber.
