Overall a good experience but the PayPal payment option did not work. I had to come back again and go through the entire purchase process to pay with credit card.

Website was easy to navigate. I especially appreciated the amazon pay integration. I've always wanted to buy a lightsaber, but was always put off by the price. The mystery box price is perfect, and it adds the fun of randomness.

Great product although having to pay additional money to have my order prioritized to ship a week late is unprofessional and unappreciated.

Everything was here and arrived promptly. No delay or damage. 5/5. Ultrasabers is always on time and good quality.

Easy to configure just what I wanted

Excelent quality. The saber is solidly built and beautiful. The icing on the cake: the batteties are installed and charged before shipping, so you can pull it out of the box and turn it on right away!

There was no modification of notification of prep for shipping time delay due to overwhelm of orders due to delay of processing. We expected a delay in shipping time but not such a long delay just to process the order.
My son & I are happy with the quality of the light saber. It is really top notch. Thank you

If fabrication is behind you should really notify your customers, I received my order about 21 days after I ordered it when I was expecting around 12-15 with the shipping time I requested. That being said the item itself is amazing and better than I could have hoped

Had a bit of trouble and misunderstandings on my first purchase but the help desk explained what happened and answered my other. Questions as well. Hopeing for a better time this round.

Easy to find and understand available options

The website was very easy to use, shipping was fast, and customer service were quick to respond! Would come back to buy another lightsaber!

I did the grab bag, but selected a color for a little bit extra bc I wanted to gift a particular color
The lightsaber has nice balance and nice coloring
The only thing we have noticed is that there is a slight jingle when swinging it around bc the batteries inside tend to slide around
We are considering adding bubble wrap or something inside or taping it to the side with electrical table

We got exactly what we ordered. The craftsmanship was spot on and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality. The shipping was faster than expected and arrived in plenty of time for Christmas.
