I ordered this as a late Christmas gift for my son (16[thanks late holiday bonus!]). While it took a while because I imagine everyone wanted a mystery box saber, Monty is over the moon with his saber. Blade color was even randomly his favorite (green).
But the shipping was insanely expensive for no valid reason. For an item smaller than the palm of my hand, 9$-98$ shouldnt be the price range for a standard delivery time table.
Other than the holiday delivery delays, my order showed up fast. The sabers are amazing.

Love all the options, can't wait to save up and get a second one with sound. -Follow up- Having received it, I am impressed with how solid the feel of the saber handle is and the resilience of the blade. The LED lighting is extremely bright, giving the product an amazing presence. I work as a martial arts instructor and demonstration team coach, and am looking forward to getting a second saber to use in upcoming performances. A large number of our students have been asking where I purchased it and I have proudly referred them to the website. How many referrals for a free saber?...
Got a saber with silver color and cannot wait to try the color discs. I got a dark saber which is what I was hoping for with a recharge port, which I wasnt expecting.

I love my saber a bunch, it did however take forever getting to me. I wish they shipped faster, I did order on the 22nd of December which was busy, but I also just ordered a saber last week and still no one has emailed me back about adding more color discs
Nicely built and very strong, but has a bit of rattle in the battery compartment. Nothing too noticeable. Overly all very nice and would buy again

I got the mystery box saber and I am not disappointed. Only problem I had was that the led is stuck sideways in the saber no matter what I do. Still bright thankfully but can tell it's not as bright as it should be. Still a great saber overall though.
Increased the lead time 3 times after order and claimed I should've looked at the lead time before ordering. Well I did and it increased 3 times took about a month to get a package that was supposed to be here in a week. Overall saber is fantastic, unsure I will order another based off this experience.
I got the saber delivered rather quickly but was told it would be shipped within 6-10 business days and disnt ship til 12 days. I understand 2 days isnt a big deal but i dont like getting a time frame a company cant do. I emailed them on the 11th day and was told it would ship the next day no apology or anything saber is awesome happy with the product just dont like the costumer service i recieved
The process of buying the lightsaber was easy and direct, however, the lightsaber was a tad late in being sent out. When I had reached out the first time, I was responded to in an admirably quick time of less than 24 hours. However, my questions weren't really answered. After a month, when I had received the email to take this survey and confirm the item was received, I had emailed again to acknowledge that I still hadn't received the item and Marlena, had answered in a short amount of time like the other had, and seemed to have gotten on top of making sure my order was finally sent out. Overall great service, just a couple of minor hiccups that were totally understood given the time of year and the fact that the new movie had come out.
Ultrasabes makes fantastic and beautiful lightsabers and gets them out to you with amazing speed! If and when I need another saber I will certainly be going through them!
