After waiting 1 month after I placed the order, I was greeted with the wrong coupler for my Phantom v2. But, the online configurator only had an option for the "standard coupler" which only works for MHS compatible hilts! I really hope Ultrasabers fixes this issue, because right now I can't even couple my sabers...

High quality sabers as promised. Although after a week of using my ultrasaber, one of the speaker wires popped off and the speaker no longer makes sound. I have sent an email and called multiple times to see if I can discover how to fix it, but your customer service is terrible.

Was expecting a great product but turned out even better then I could have imagined! Love it and will be purchasing more in the future!

The saber was nice and I got my money's worth, but the processing and shipping took FOREVER. I understand it was a busy time due to the movie just coming out, but I think unless I have emailed and asked them what was the issue I may not have known when I was to receive my saber. The customer service was good, but difficult to reach. I called at least 6 times at different times, and I could not reach them.

Looks like excellent quality light sabers. Looking forward to receiving this order, my first one.

Good customer service arrived a little late but was informed of this, being due to Christmas orders fair delivery cost for international shipping, and didn't take very long considering usa to England

I ordered on December 26th and my order shipped on the 12th, so great ship time. Also the saber itself exceeds my expectations. Incredible quality and feel.

Slow getting it to me, didn't expect it to take so long. But I did order right before Christmas so it was understandable. Customer service was great and kept me posted when I asked when they expected my order to ship, would have been nice to have those updates without having to ask for them though.

It took a little longer than I thought to get my lightsaber but that was mostly because they were backed up with some many orders because of the holidays. When I did receive my lightsaber, it looks and feels great. Excellent quality especially for a $75 mystery box!

It's great! And I understand it takes time to make, just wish that when duelling it would be a little more durable screws.

Way more than 7 business days that were listed on the order. More like twice that.
But the product was good.
And email questions were promptly answered.
