After receiving my mystery box I was very excited and pleased with the saber I received. I had to wait a little longer than usual but that was understandable considering I placed the order during the holidays. Overall, love my new saber and look forward to my next purchase.

Fantastic work, responded to my queries in good time and once order was completed... it shipped in 3 days from USA to UK. Will definitely use them again in future.

I love my saber. Well built and once it was shipped it was a joy to track the package. Had to wait some time due to holidays and high demands but I was always answered correctly if i asked about the state of the process

Really good service and got it very fast! Might upgrade from the V3 soundboard to the V4 as i had problems running the Obsidian Soundboard on my mac but might try Windows untill a newer update comes out:)

Grabbed a mystery box, and I'm extremely happy with the result. Worth the money for what I got, and enjoyed the surprise because I just could not make up my mind

It took about 3 weeks to process, but I imagine they were backed up from all the Christmas orders. The lightsaber itself is alright, some minor scratches. However one thing that did irritate me was the loose LED component. It would clatter around inside even when you swing it mildly.

Good products seemingly work well and the feel of the hilt is good quality And the blade colour is good.

I am super happy with the outcome of my order. I will for sure be ordering more in the future! The sound and blade quality overall were amazing. Alot of time and care went into making it. Thank you!

The lightsaber is great! My little sister loves it but shipping took a while to ship but it did arrive fast. I understand since it was ordered around Christmas time and with the new movie. I will order again soon

Ordering was easy and very customisable. Time from order to delivery was very good. Sabers were packaged securely. Both sabers worked right out of the box and we're spectacular. They were ordered as Christmas gifts, and both are well loved by there new owners.

My son ordered his saber on 12/26/17. I contacted customer service multiple times and did not receive a response. We finally just received our order this past week. My son loves the product, but the customer service needs to improve.

With the holiday rush, I am not surprised that it took this long for the sabers to arrive. Couple that with the general ineffectiveness of USPS, and we get MASSIVE delays. I will be using Fed EX from now on.
