Love the saber beautifully made but the shipping did take longer that longer than expected but I also ordered it over Christmas and the website didnt work sometimes but overall was great
When my son wanted to order an Ultrasaber I was hesitant due to the price. I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the saber. He purchase two so he and his older brother could have battles. The sabers are great and he's already talking about ordering another.
Great sabers everything works good but took a very long time to deliver(in my case 1 month) and customer service is not the greatest took about a weeks-2 to reply an email if they could improve this then this is a place to get your sabers
This was my first mystery box. While i didnt get anything supper rare i got a quality saber. That was well worth the wait! I deffinatly will be getting another saber in the future!
This is the third saber I have bought, and the quality has been consistent. Some problems in the initial ordering phase due to stock, but that was resolved easily.

The blade on the Scorpion was a bit loose. USPS shipping was nothing to be proud of however.

This was my first shopping experience with Ultrasabers.com. I understood that my order took a lengthy time to process and ship was due to a busy Holiday season, however I was slightly disappointed that my order arrived 33 days after I placed my order. I am overall thrilled to have received my order, and I appreciate the quality of the item that was delivered to me.

This is the second saber I have ordered, the first was nice quality and worked well, this one has some electronic issues but I suspect they'll be easily repaired

I understand the new Star Wrmobie came out around the time of my order, but it took over a month to process and half a week to ship for one of the simplest sabers available. This dissapointed me especially since I heard not a word from Ultrasabers until a month after I placed the order, when I sent my own follow-up email. The saber only just arrived and is well made in itself, but the excitement of its arrival is not worth the month of delay.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
