Had to wait longer than usually for the delivery and I didnt even get a main color, or a saber with sound. Saber does feel good quality however.
I got the color I wanted and the hilt that I actually wanted also from the mystery saber. Wished I was more lucky with sound but it still is perfect. The only thing I wonder is what does dp mean.
I'm happy to have a light saber with this quality
I like the saber you guys sent in the mystery box just wish it didnt take almost a month to receive it especially when I live in the same state and only a hour away from your shop I could have picked it up and save money on the postage
Order received quickly, all items where there, working perfectly.
The flamberge is a great saber. I prefer it with the smallest guard blades. Even with them, it requires a 40 inches blade to look really cool. Even a 36 inches blade gives a worse looking to the saber... The blade seems too small compared to the guard.

I was late they didn't ship it when they said they did it didn't work I $#*! in side was all lose and im not talking about the batteries the led light in side was lose tried to get a tracking number from them is like not going to happen WOW Customer Service SUCKS If the OWNER OF ULTRASABERS HAD SOME BALLS HE WOULD SEND ME A NEW SABER FOR ALL THE BULL$#*! I WENT THROUGH

Very nice. I will buy more and recommend. It took a bit to get to me but was pleased with product. Now my kids need them!
I still haven't got my hilt and it's been almost a month. Apparently the saber I bought in January is sold out but that's not what it says on the website.
Really cool saber, the pommel was a little loose upon arrival but it was a simple fix with the included Allen key
The preparation of the product took really long (25 days), the actual delivery was quick (received 4 days after sent)
MY THIRTEEN YEAR OLD SON THINKS IT'S AMAZING.AND PROBABLY THE ONLY ONE IN IRELAND.IT'S JUST WHAT HE WAS LOOKING FOR.
Only downfall was it took forever to process and make, but was understandable i ordered right after christmas.
This Saber is absolutely amazing and durable i slammed it on a bunch of stuff to show my friends just how durable it was lol, but the Sound is just Uffdah it's so clear its crisp and about 80% Accurate with it's motion being that it loses sync sometimes but once it catches up (which it does quickly) its perfect. I did have to wait a little over a month which i'm fine with i understand it being in High demand and such but it's so worth it guys especially if you're a StarWars Fan. I Obi have Wan Saber as of right now but i'll be getting more through the Mystery Box since i have my Main Saber
Fast delivery. Just wanted to say the new blade for my Archon V 3.1 needs a bit of a modification for it to fit. Got my 2 speakers with battery holder, i hope it's better than my old ones.
So, I ordered a Dark initiate v. 4 and I LOVE IT! The blsde csme as a violet amethyst and was a stunt saber with no sound as I requested it to be. Now, the only issues were the waiting time (two days shy of an exact month... but it ws worth the wait. I'm having so much fun with it.) and the round tip. I asked for a pointed tip. On the other hand, I e-mailed them and they made three incredibly generous offers to handle the solution which I took them up on and I will be getting an extra blade! I'm very pleased with My saber and deciding to save up for another in due time. 5/5 stars.

The site layout was very simple and easy to use. Customizing purchase is made very easy with the drop down windows for the options.
I placed my order and it arrived roughly a month later. I am very satisfied with the product itself despite the long processing time of ultrasabers. This delay is understandable considering my order was placed around two weeks after the release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and there were probably an extremely large amount of orders placed in that time.
Overall I love the Saber I received. Definitely would recommend.
The wait was ridiculous but worth it
The only thing I had a problem with was an estimated shipping date email or some kind of assurance that it wasn't a scam. I emailed asking why I didn't get a confirmation but it was never answered.
I think an estimated shipping date would help people feel more secure about the purchase.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
