I ordered my first two sabers at UltraSabers, two Mystery Boxes. I am really happy with what I got! I'm sure gonna keep buying some when I have the money to do so!

After almost a month, i still haven't received my order; no worries, as it was confirmed to me through email that its on it's way. I can't wait to receive it.
I purchased a mystery box which took about a month to get here. There was some trouble tracking my order through the process, but it got to me pretty fast concerning how busy this business had been lately. I received a normal green Dark Sentinel LE V4 that they sell for $75.
On a personal note, I couldn't have been more disappointed with getting this saber. It's very similar to the one I currently have in the same color, BUT that's gambling for you. I recommend the grab bag or mystery box for first time buyers but I advise return customers to just spend the extra money and get what you want.
The products were ship within the time they quoted and delivered also within the time quoted. Packing quality was excellent. Will be buying again.
I understand they have been busy and that's great for them but that didn't help my frustration with long wait. I will give them another shoy, I am ordering another one today.

It took a lot longer then the lead time they posted on their site. It took almost a month to receive my sabers. I had to call and see what the hold up was. I order 2 mystery boxes and after the long wait got two stunt sabers. The exact ones my brother got when he order some before Christmas. No originality. Shipping was the only positive.
Just received the ultrasaber and was impressed by the quality and features... It looks better in real life than in pictures! Can't wait to give it to my Grandson... he is going to go crazy!

First time shopping with Ultrasabers and it was admittedly a bad time to order since they were so backed up from the new movie and holiday season. I got two mystery sabers and received a red Dark Arbiter with silver AV switch and a red Sentinel LE V4 with a red guarded switch. The sabers both feel great to use and look awesome, though I wish the Sentinel came in a light side color (but completely reasonable since it is a mystery saber). The only real issue I had was that the LEDs tend to shake in the hilt and make a small noise when swinging. Overall a good purchase and I definitely feel like I got my money's worth.

I've ordered many sabers from this site and only had one very small issue in multiple years of experience. One order was missing an accessory but when I told them the problem they resolved it same day. Fantastic service and sabers. Must use
SLove the products. Site is very easy to navigate, and is clear on common customer questions. I always dissemble mine to make sure it goes back together, because I had one saber that had some burred grooves making it tough to reassemble.
I ordered two of them, one was Missing the on/off button. Both of the lithium ion battery fixtures were broken. The wait was long but expected. Overall I am not pleased with my first purchase and I will not be getting a second.
I received my order today. I am very happy with the initial quality of the saber. Looks fantastic.
The saber is really good but the led rattles inside because theres nothing holding it in place but the blade. This causes the LED to turn off sometimes when dueling. Other then that I really love the sound and look.
The online store could sometimes be a little confusing understanding what a lot of the options meant for a first time shopper. Much of it I had to google/find forum threads on.
The sober itself is just fantastic though.
I ordered an Emperor's Hand and a $75 mystery box. The Emperor's Hand completely met my expectations. However, I was under the impression that mystery box sabers would be valued at least $75. Instead, I received a $69.99 hilt with no upgrades at all. It was quite a letdown to find out that Ultra Sabers sent me a saber worth less than what I paid for.
