Every item I ordered came in a cardboard box filled to the brim with materials to make sure nothing was damaged. The saber and charger work great.

With all the videos we have watch and the first time buyers with seeing all of excitement of everyone getting a really cool saber got my hopes up really high and when I got mine and I opened and I like it but also disappointed at the same time. I might be ordering and might not order again
I ordered 2 sabers and I accidentally ordered a longer blade. I contacted them to change the blade length. 4 emails and 5 Facebook messages later my order arrived, unaltered. This is a great product but the service was severely lacking which has put me off. I will have to think very carefully before I order again, if I do.
