I bought a double blade and a single blade and they were much better than expected. It says Ultraedge dims the light and color of the saber, that is not the case they are extremely bright and beautiful.
Bought 2 sabers. Just under $600 U.S. dollars. 30 minutes after placing the order, we emailed ultrasabers to change our order on the sword lengths before they shipped. 19 hrs. Later, we received an email stating our order had been shipped. We were shipped the wrong blades all together. This company sells their customer service as being the best. Hell, they dont even pick up the phone. Don't beleive me? Try calling their number. After the answering service rambles on about how you should email, it ends with "mailbox is full, sorry!" So we figure ok, lets email them again with our concerns to both email addresses they have listed and surely they will reply. NOPE! This company is a fake and nothing is what they say. Look at the reply this company makes to my review. If it doesn't say "we apologize and are sending 2 correct blades to you", they are a joke. Not sure what fantasy world they live in but, $600 bucks is a large amount of money to spend on mediocre products that, well lets face it, don't look anything or feel anything the way they are advertised. #SCAM #BUYSOMEWHEREELSE...

My most recent purchase which is the Dark Graflex is amazing
I received the ultrasaber, it worked fine, until all of a sudden now, it makes a loud noise the bladesfor out, it says "obsidion" and then it turns off, I am wondering if I could return it and get a store credit refund, (minus 20% I guess) I will purchase a new one if I can return this one.
