Ordered twice so far and both came with sabers wrapped in bubble wrap nicely. Saber handles had some imperfections in both shipments. Happy with orders.

Website is easy to navigate. Once I chose my product, I received emails telling me exactly where they were in producing and shipping. It was so nice to always know what was going on with my order. And the product is so beautiful and quite exceeded my expectations!

Part of the hilt came in damaged in two places. Sharp impact damage to aluminum is easy to identify. The C.S. Agent blamed FedEx, though it was bubble wrapped 3 times and there was NO damage to the box. They replaced the damaged part after making us wait for thier shipping damage claim. Overall, the saber is nice in appearance and functions perfectly, however the interior components are... cheap and crudely incorporated. I am concerned for the longevity of its functionality.
