Amazing work. Best lightsaber he's ever owned. LEDs are so bright. Even the smaller saber they gave us for free was so bright and the metal work is amazing.

It was great. The only suggestion I have is to make sure you reach out to the customer when you are out of stock on something instead of having the customer reach out to you. Other than that, everything is always amazing!

I've bought 4 sabers up until now and they have all been great quality, were delivered in a reasonable amount of time, and the one time I had to reach out to customer service, my responses were timely and helpful. Keep up the great work!

Hi received my order after 5 week from my order, nobody told me when i ordered my lightsaber that it was out of stock, when i wrote to the servise after 2 weeks they told me that everything was ok, only covid delay, when i ask again after 4 weeks they told me that the lightsaber was out fo stock trying to send me another type of lightsaber or wait other 4 weeks, i told her that i prefered wait and after one week my lightsaber was in italy. I am not sure that the costumer service joke me or the communication was really bad.
It's not a problem the delay but i prefered know the real time.
They repaired my lightsaber fast and efficiently

Awesome saber! A huge step above the cheap knock offs, you definitely get what you pay for. I spar with this thing and have no issues so far
Everything great all around. I would complain about the delivery time, but with the virus slowing everything down, I can understand the complications.
All in all I was impressed with the color of the blade, however I had to wait almost 3 months to receive my order. Not to mention that the original hilt that I ordered was out of stock, yet they didn't tell me until like almost 3 months after my order.
